What?

Ready to get creative? Join us for a fun-filled glazing class! In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll transform pre-made stoneware pieces in a laid-back, supportive atmosphere. Your finished creations will be food-, dishwasher-, and microwave-safe for lasting enjoyment! We’ll dive into mid-fire glazes, which deliver magical, unexpected results. The best part? It’s all about unleashing your creativity and having a blast along the way!

Where?

Classes will be held at Cove Cliff  Elementary school, right after school ends. Room TBD.

When?

Tuesdays after school for 1.5 hours, from 3:00 - 4:30 pm (Early dismissal Nov. 4 - class will run from 2:00-3:30)
7 weeks long
Oct. 14, 2025 - Dec 2 , 2025 (No classes Nov. 11 - Remembrance Day)

Why?

Our goal is to get children excited about pottery and all the possibilities the medium offers. In the process, they will develop their hand-eye coordination, expand their patience and focus, have fun getting dirty, and build confidence in their abilities at the same time. As we will be starting with pre-made bisqueware, the pieces your children take home will be fully-functional. Just wait; your child might just make you your new favourite mug!

how much?

7-week session costs $345 (all in). All bisqueware, tools, glazes, and firings are included in the lesson fees. Please e-transfer the full amount to VvNPottery@gmail.com once you have received the confirmation e-mail with instructions to do so.
